Sarah Ghabina – CMR Surgical Case Study – the comms story behind the phenomenal success of this Cambridge-based global medical devices company.

In this session, Sarah will tell the exciting behind-the-scenes story of how CMR Surgical has so successfully built its brand since it was founded a short seven years ago, and share some of the challenges along the way.

Sarah leads CMR Surgical’s communications team, responsible for raising the profile of one of the UK’s fastest growing companies, and its next-generation surgical robot Versius. Sarah has a decade of experience in healthcare and corporate communications, particularly in media relations having previously worked for leading communications consultancies including Ketchum and Hanover, as well as in the media teams of the Royal College of Surgeons and NHS Confederation. Sarah has a strong passion for healthcare and has led a number of high profile UK and international corporate communications, product communications and issues management programmes for scale up businesses, global medical device and pharmaceutical companies as well as government organisations.
